EnduraCap: Material Redesign

EnduraCap is a lightweight, adhesive-free protective cap designed to help prevent CGM compression lows during sleep. Its durable 3D-printed shell creates a protective clearance zone over the sensor, while a layered foam system absorbs pressure and keeps the fit comfortable. The simple friction-fit design is reusable, affordable, and easy to manufacture at both small and large scales.
