Community Guidelines

Co-Creation Lab is a shared space, hence the need for community guidelines. We built these “rules for conviviality” collectively, and we review them often as new forms of collaboration emerge in this platform. They are not rigid rules imposed from above, but a living reflection of our shared creative values, our learning processes and mutual respect.

By defining how we interact, these guidelines help us interact respectfully and with care when discussing ideas, giving feedback, and making design choices. These boundaries empower us to collaborate and share our work safely. Ultimately, this evolving agreement is how we build a stronger, more inclusive community. Together, we sustain a welcoming environment where every new cohort of designers can thrive.
